Worship: Spend time throughout the week during your time with God listening to King of Kings by Hillsong Worship. Acknowledge that He is your King of Kings and above any situation that you may face.
Check-In: Re-read Psalm 73:16-17, a verse Daniel shared over the Easter weekend. It the verse the writer has a “Then I understood” moment. Have you had a “Then I understood moment” in the past week while having your daily time with God? Share with the group what stood out to you.
Bible Readings: John 20:11-16; Luke 2:36-38; Luke 11:27-28; Luke 24:11
Preparation and Discussion for Group Time:
- What one thing stood out to you from what Ps Terran shared on Sunday? How could or has this impacted your life or world?
- Read John 20:11-16. Mary knew it was Jesus when He said her name. Share with the group the emotions that you feel when you hear Jesus call your name, when you consider what He did so that you could have a relationship with Him.
- Ps Terran spoke about several women that Jesus engaged with. They were women who knew the Word, believed, spoke truth and evangelized by sharing their story with others.

What is one thought that stands out to you about Jesus and His engagement or response to these women that is challenging you to respond like He did to those around you? - Share with the group what glass ceilings you may have been creating (unintentionally) in your home/ministry/workplace for others? What step can you take this week to address this?
Prayer time: Ask the Holy Spirit to help you think of women (and others) in the way that He does – with honour and respect.

Memorize Luke 11:28. Commit to reading Scripture this week, waiting on God to hear what He is saying to you and be obedient to that.
