Preparation and Discussion for Group Time:
- Daniel made a statement: “A life not lived for others is not a life.” On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the amount of passion you have for God and for people? Explain your answer.
- Of these areas: passion for prayer, passion for praise and worship, and passion people. Which do you want to develop most this year? What can you do to develop passion in that area?
- Reflect on the sermon by re-reading the above scriptures and your journal notes from the sermon. Share with the group what God spoke to you about that needs to shift to live out your life with passion for His mission.
- As a church we are praying for personal renewal, our church, relationships, the next generation and our communities, city and country. Prayer and Fasting Guide. Share with the group what kind of fast you will do this week and why.
Check out and Prayer time: Share your commitment to fast and pray this week. Then take time to pray for one another’s needs and for the Holy Spirit to empower each other in the week ahead.
