So here’s what you need to know about the Sunday Funday:

There is only ONE service on Sunday the 17th of December. No matter which service you usually come to, we’re encouraging everyone to join in at 9:30 a.m.

We’ll be meeting at Edgemead Primary School from 12:00 p.m.

What to bring:
Bring your braai meat & tongs, picnic baskets, chairs and blankets, umbrellas or mini-gazebos.

What’s happening:
There will be loads of activities for the whole family to look forward to:
Braai facilities available
Petting zoo
Pony rides
Kid’s crafts
Giant inflatables
Carnival rides
5×5 tournaments

Don’t forget to bring your kids, money for activities, invite your family, your friends, your neighbours, your work colleagues, their kids… And don’t forget your sunscreen!

Remember Love Is 2016? God used you and me to make an impact outside the walls of Edge Church, above and beyond what we could imagine! He displayed his love and compassion in a very practical way, to the most vulnerable in our community.

As we get ready to celebrate Christmas, we’re going to do a Love Is 2017 collection on the 17th of December at Sunday Funday. Let’s fill the Love Is boxes with the following items:

School feeding scheme breakfast items:
Cereals, peanut butter and jam

School stationery:
Pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, rulers, glue and stickers

Non-perishable groceries:
Tea, tinned food, pasta, rice, 2 Minute Noodles, biscuits, sugar and salt

Toiletry items:
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and deodorant
